My wife and I arrived in Toronto from Manila on Christmas Eve of 1974. We stayed in Toronto for about 7 years. In 1981, I joined a computer consulting firm until 1984 and then went on my own after my contract had expired. Because of the nature of my work, we moved from province to province and ended up here in Fredericton, New Brunswick in 1992. We have been here since.

Fredericton has a population of about 55,000 and is the capital of the Province of New Brunswick. Fredericton is mainly a Government and University city. New Brunswick is the only official bilingual (English & French) province in Canada with a population of fewer than 800,000 and is also the gateway to Atlantic Canada.

Fredericton is about hour and a half drive from/to Houlton, Maine, USA or Calais, Maine, USA.

Click here for more information on New Brunswick. Come visit us. The hospitality and friendliness of the people of New Brunswick and the rest of the Atlantic Provinces are one of a kind.
